Creating a Corporate Code of Ethics in Russian Companies

On September 30, 2009 IBLF with the asistance of Baker&McKenzie organized a round table “Creating a corporate code of ethics in Russian companies”. Paul Melling, Partner, Baker & McKenzie presented an update on International and National Legislation affecting design of ethical codes.  Mikhail Kuznetsov, Director, Centre for Corporate Development (Association of Independent Directors)  gave an overview of Russian companies’ experience of introducing ethical codes.
