Three hours flew by. Over 180 mentors from 30 countries worldwide attended. The event was hosted by Jo Gray, John Cull and Boris Tkachenko, who are familiar to the participants of previous annual Mentoring Days.


On May 19, a regular mentor meeting in the frame of SOS Mentoring III programme was held to continue discussion of business adaptation to new needs and challenges of the time.


The third mentor meeting in the frame of SOS Mentoring III “Marketing, promotion and sales channels in today’s reality” was held on the 28th of April.


The second mentor meeting in the frame of SOS Mentoring III programme Adaptation of business strategy in 2022 crisis took place on the 14th of April.


The Mentoring Institute launched SOS MENTORING III programme to support current and potential mentors in entrepreneurship through crisis.


On International Mentoring Day on the 17th of January, Youth Business International (YBI) held the Final of the Global Mentor of the Year 2021.


Boris Tkachenko spoke and held a master class at the International Mentoring Day on the 25th of November in Asia.


The last day was dedicated to mentoring programmes implementation, and key participants were either already facilitating or planning to implement such programmes. And, since the event was international, the Mentoring Institute and YBR made the Day 3 open for mentoring programme managers from YBI network.


The Day 2 was the day of inspiration and reflection. First, mentees joined the mentor participants. Joerg Schoolman, YBI mentoring expert from Germany moderated networking in mixed format.


The IX International Days of Mentoring in Entrepreneurship swept past in a single burst of activity in November 22-24. Following the advice of Auriel Majumdar, key speaker at the Days, we reflected on the event and are happy to share the results and our impressions.
