On September 27th, 2012, in the Moscow Radisson Royal Hotel the Entrepreneurship Center presented rewards for Contribution to Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Development. Youth Business Russia Programme of IBLF was rewarded in the Youth Entrepreneurship Development category.

On September 25, 2012, within the framework of the meeting devoted to the role of business schools in the formation of ethical standards of running business in Russia arranged by IBLF Russia and held on the premises of the British Embassy in Moscow, a new training course on business ethics was presented to the representatives of leading Moscow universities and business schools.

On September 17, 2012, Alexey Gordeyev, Voronezh region Governor, held a meeting in Voronezh with President of Industrial Investors Group Sergey Generalov. In the course of their talk they discussed the progress of Youth Business Russia Programme in the Voronezh region.

September 13-14, Rostov-on-Don hosted the XII International Business Forum. At the invitation of its organizers, the congress block Young Entrepreneur Day included a series of events supported by Youth Business Russia Programme.

Head of the IBLF Branch in Russia, Manager of Youth Business Russia Programme Boris Tkachenko presented the Programme experience and conducted a session at the 64th International AIESEC Congress which was held in Moscow from August 17 to 26, 2012. IBLF was an expert partner of the Global Youth Voice Conference, held within the framework of this International event.

On the August the 6th, 2012, in the Voronezh region Chamber of Commerce and Industry new YBR partners signed the Declaration on joining the Agreement of collaboration in the development of youth enterpreneurship of May, 21, 2009.

On August 1-2, 2012, St. Petersburg welcomed the 35th meeting of the APEC Working Group for Small and Medium Enterprises, which was immediately followed by the 19th meeting of the APEC Ministers for Small and Medium Enterprises issues on August, 2-3. Boris Tkachenko, Head of the IBLF Branch, Youth Business Russia Manager took part in organizers invitation arrangements.
At the Young Entrepreneurs Network session, Boris Tkachenko made presentation called “Importance of Engaging Young People in Entrepreneurship - Best International and Domestic Practices”.

On July 17, 2012, the general meeting of the members of UN Global Compact Network Russia took place at the premises of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in Moscow. The meeting was dedicated to the results of work at the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development Rio+20. The meeting was held by Andrey Galayev, CEO of Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd. and member of UNGC Board.

During the free YBR workshop which took place in Moscow on July 6, 2012, the consulting company Expert Systems professionals told the participants what kind of knowledge is necessary in the field of marketing, business planning, how to pinpoint their target audience.
Now the programme participants are expected to prepare their business plans. They will be advised by the Youth Board at the Department for Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship  of the City of Moscow.  

Igor Zaboev has set up and is successfully running, together with his co-owner Petr Boikov, the company engaged in collecting, sorting and recycling polymer, cardboard and glass waste.
The international YBI award committee comprised of members of major consulting, investment and banking companies was impressed by his determination and drive, in spite of scarcity of similar businesses in Russia.  
The results achieved by Igor Zaboev merited the award in the exclusive nomination Environmental Entrepreneur of the Year.
