On the 1st of March a workshop “Compliance Control in accordance with UK Bribery Act” took place in KPMG. The workshop provided to representatives of more than 20 Russian and international companies a unique opportunity to learn how companies implement compliance practices.

On February 24, the meeting to summarise the results of mentoring programme of the US-Russia Centre for Entrepreneurship and IBLF was held.

The issues that were covered in the meeting included the report on IBLF Russia activities during the period of July 2010 – December 2011, key deliveries on the programmes “Improvement of Business Standards in Russia” and “Youth Business Russia”, as well as plans for 2012.

The first interactive meeting of the members of Fraud Forum and compliance experts devoted to the third-party integrity risk management was held in the PwC office on January 31.

Youth Business Russia (YBR) Programme in Voronezh Oblast welcomed the YBR Advisory Council which decided to look into the progress of the programme in the region.

The Youth Business Russia was among the projects nominated for AGFUND International Prize for Pioneering human Development Projects 2011 and has received praise from the Members of the Prize Committee.

On January 19th, 2012 as part of YBR Programme, the first two seminars on mentoring were held in Novosibirsk, chaired by Boris Tkachenko and Irina Gorelova.
