IBLF’s next meeting on “Improving Business standards in Russian Business” series took place on 6 October 2011 at the office of PwC, Moscow

A regular meeting of Youth Business Russia (YBR) Advisory Council took place on the 5th October.

The first Selection Panel of the YBR programme for Novosibirsk Oblast was held on July 5, 2011, where the hundredth project — manufacturing of automated slot machines — was approved for the programme.

The meetings of YBR Supervisory Board and Selection Panel were held on the 29th of June in Vladivostok city hall, and first mentor seminars followed on the 30th of June.

Boris Tkachenko, Head of the IBLF Branch Office in Russia, Youth Business Russia Programme Manager, moderated a discussion at The U.S. Russia Center for Entrepreneurship annual conference "Entrepreneurs as Leaders in Business and Society".

Russian Institute of Directors and The Russian Managers Association, with the participation of IBLF, held regular meeting of the Committee on Corporate Governance and Investments “New Developments in Corporate Law”.

New members joined YBR Advisory Council: Christopher Barter, Managing Director/CEO, Goldman Sachs Russia and CIS and Michael Pugh, partner, Hogan Lovells (CIS).

On June 9, 2011, USRBC in partnership with IBLF held its Third Annual Russia Legal Forum in London, UK.

Due to the 3 year anniversary of the Youth Business Russia Programme in the Kaluga Region (YBR in the KR) a series of events was held in the House of the Government dedicated to that date.
