Russian National Interuniversity Forum “Youth Entrepreneurship Development”

Boris Tkachenko, CEO of Mentoring Institute and Youth Business Russia, took part at the Russian National Interuniversity Forum “Youth Entrepreneurship Development” on the 23rd of October in Kemerovo. Boris spoke at the panel discussion “Youth Entrepreneurship in Russia and China: Local Features and New Collaboration Opportunities” dedicated to youth business promotion and entrepreneurial skills training for students.

Boris has also delivered Open Dialog “Mentoring as Business Development Component”, as part of the agenda of the Forum, that included experience exchange between Siberian veteran businessmen and budding entrepreneurs from the Kuzbass (the Kuznetsk Basin).

• The participants talked about the value of mentoring for both young and budding entrepreneurs and shrewd businessmen;
• The budding entrepreneurs addressed to their more experienced colleagues with most urgent issues;
• The members of Tomsk Entrepreneurs Club talked about their experience in mentoring relationship.
