Webinar “Challenges facing mentors and solutions”

Youth Business Russia and the Mentoring Institute held a webinar “Challenges facing mentors and solutions” on the 16th of April. The audience included mentors supporting social entrepreneurs through Impact Hub Moscow programmes.

The webinar addressed most common problems arising in the course of mentoring relationship and possible solutions related to current situation aiming to support mentors themselves and their businesses, as well as their mentees.

The webinar was held by mentoring experts Boris Tkachenko and Irina Gorelova.

The webinar was also attended by Joerg Schoolmann, Head of Mentoring of Youth Business International, uniting youth business support programmes in 56 countries, including Youth Business Russia. He told about YBI global approach towards the help for mentors and entrepreneurs hit by the crisis and, together with Boris, explained how this approach would be realized in Russia.
