Culture Change against Climate Change

The Business and the Environment round-table took place on October 20 and reviewed how Directors of Environment and Sustainability can contribute to changing the attitude of employees towards the environment. Presentations were made by Dawn Rittenhouse, Director, Sustainable Development, Dupont USA, and Paul Black, lead consultant of a London-based leadership consultancy, Carbon Considerations (www.carbonconsiderations.com), which is having a major impact on companies’ approach to the environment in Europe, US and elsewhere. The participants supported the idea of creating a new Green Company Business Alliance to promote environmental responsibility.
