Financial Literacy Improvement Program: Polish Experience

18 March 2009, International Business Leaders Forum conducted a number of events enhancing the financial literacy of population. The World Bank organized a seminar on financial literacy and financial education. At this seminar the Polish experience of development of financial literacy programs was presented to regulators, business community, experts and journalists. Klaus Roland, World Bank Director for Russia and Permanent Representative in the RF, while opening the workshop emphasized the importance of setting up in Russia a “coalition supporting the financial literacy”.
