28 April 2009, Karina Litvack, Head of Governance & Sustainable Investment at F&C Asset Management Ltd, during a round table organized by IBLF with the assistance of PricewaterhouseCoopers made a presentation on the subject of “Corruption: do investors care?” F&C is one of the City of London’s leading asset management companies, with over €110 billion under management for more than three million customers. It is a major investor in Russia. Ms. Litvack has been an active and often controversial proponent of raising corporate governance standards in Russian companies seeking investment.
